Medical Assistants
- Certified medical assistants (CMA) through AAMA must acquire a total of sixty CEUs within five years.

Surgical Technologists
Certified Surgical Technologist (CST) designation must have continuing education or reexamination to maintain certification, which must be renewed every 4 years. Individuals using the designation Tech in Surgery-Certified, TS-C (NCCT) must be renewed every 5 years through either continuing education or reexamination.
- In order to use this site, the surgical tech must have a current paid membership with Association of Surgical Techs.
Radiology Technologists
- Information on obtaining CEUs for Radiology Technologists.
- All R.T.s certified by the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists must earn 24 CE credits every two years, at least 12 of which must be Category A credits. All 24 CE credits can be Category A if you so choose. This site is online and can be done in the comfort of your home. Some test materials are free; others must be purchased to study for the exam.
- Bellevue Community College offers courses for college credit, therefore, successful completion (C- or better) insures acceptance by the ARRT for CEUs. Completion of one course more than satisfies all requirements by the ARRT for a biennium. The courses are taught evenings so that practicing expert technologists are available to teach the latest technologies.
