Mona Veiseh, Manager of MedTemps

Since starting with MedTemps in 2005, Mona has developed her team and Molded MedTemps into the premier medical staffing and consulting firm that it is today. Beginning as a staffing coordinator, Mona has served in every role in her division and intimately knows the challenges and rewards that motivate her team to become the best in the Northwest. Mona holds a BA in Political Science from the University of Washington and lives in Seattle, WA.

Carmen Ruggieri, Recruiter

Carmen recruits for all Medical Assistants and short-term assignments. She joined the team in 2006 and promoted in January 2008 to Recruiter. Carmen was born and raised in Indiana and graduated from Indiana University with a Bachelors in Public Affairs and a minor in Psychology. She also completed an 8 month internship at Intel in Albuquerque, New Mexico assisting in the staffing department, which is how she decided she wanted to do recruiting. Carmen is a great planner and organizer and always tries to keep the team on track. Carmen's favorite thing to do is travel and she also enjoys salsa dancing, cooking, and going out with friends.

Erin Althauser, Account Executive

Erin specializes in recruiting nursing positions, both RN and ARNP. Erin has been with MedTemps since 2005 and started out with the company as a Staffing Coordinator and moved into the Account Executive role within her first year of employment. Erin graduated from the University of Washington with a BA in Communications and is still an active member of her sorority, Zeta Tau Alpha, as the Vice President of the Seattle Alumnae chapter. Erin enjoys recruiting and takes satisfaction in finding candidates the best fit possible for their career path along with working closely with clinics in the area to fill their open staffing needs quickly and efficiently.

Selena Kwik, Recruiter

Selena joined the MedTemps team in April of 2008 as a Recruiter after obtaining her Master's in Marriage and Family Therapy, where she was able to work collaboratively and positively with individuals and families. She decided to make a move into recruiting so that she could match her therapeutic skills with business, and hasn't looked back since. Selena is responsible for general medical positions such as Physical Therapist, Ophthalmic Technician, X-Ray Technician, Surgical Technician, and LPN. She is also the Recruiter for many unique positions in the medical field, which might require extra attention and dedication. These positions include Nuclear Medicine Tech, Psychometrist, Occupational Therapist, Respiratory Therapist, and Clinical Director. Selena enjoys traveling, spending time with family and friends, and watching the Food Network to gain inspiration.

Val Pachman, Recruiting Coordinator

Val is the newest member of the MedTemps team, starting the new position in June 2008. She graduated from Western Washington University in 2007 with degrees in both Political Science and Business. Previous to Medtemps she was working as a Credit Manager at Wells Fargo Financial and in just a short amount of time has found Medtemps to be a much better fit. She works closely with each recruiter and payroll making sure the line of communication is open. She also works with MedTemp employees making sure everyone is compliant before starting their assignment. In her spare time she loves to cook and be outside in the sun as much as possible enjoying activities such as tennis, running and snowboarding.
