Katrina Leise, Manager of WesTech, Engineering

Katrina Leise serves as the senior member of the WesTech Team. She joined the company eleven years ago developing business in the Engineering and Manufacturing fields. In 1997, she shifted the focus to include staffing in the IT and Development arenas. Prior to establishing herself in the recruiting industry, Katrina acted as account coordinator and trainer for a local financial services company. As a seasoned salesperson and recruiter, she enjoys meeting new clients and developing strong business relationships. Katrina holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Washington, and remains an active alum and avid Husky supporter. Her interests include entertaining, gardening and traveling.

Jessica Ng, Recruiter

Jessica began as a Recruiting Coordinator in April 2006. With a high attention to details, strong writing skills & a warm personality, she is a great "utility player" for our entire team and has promoted to a recruiter. She graduated from the University of Washington with a double degree in Psychology and Sociology. She is a second generation Chinese American and loves living the 'American' lifestyle but still appreciates and celebrates her Asian roots. Jessica is a huge animal lover and would own a huge farm adopting all abused and neglected animals if she could. In her spare time, she enjoys trying different ethnic foods, reading, spending time with her dog Stitch and camping during warmer weathers.

Annie Philipsen, Recruiter

Annie has been with WesTech for over a year and as a seasoned recruiter, she prides herself as an expert in manufacturing placements. In 1999, she received a degree in Speech Communication from Central Washington University. Since graduating she has participated in many projects including the National Association of Naturopathic Physicians' conference, helped facilitate meetings for the King County's "Brightwater" project, volunteers for the Crohn's & Colitis Northwest Chapter, King County Dispute Resolution Center, and is a Guardian Ad Litum for King County CASA offices. Just prior to her entrance into the recruiting world, Annie worked for Tom Douglas and enjoyed learning all about fine dining and became quite the wine connoisseur. In her spare time, she enjoys quilting, needlework, drinking good wine & tea and is an avid Seahawks fan! GO HAWKS!

Sarah Wenker, Recruiter

Sarah is the newest addition to WesTech Technical Staffing joining the team in November 2006. She is a graduate of the University of Washington and holds a Bachelors degree in Communications. Before joining WesTech, Sarah worked at Microsoft on the SQL Server Team as a Staffing Associate. It was here where she became immersed and inspired in the world of technical recruiting. Sarah grew up ice skating competitively and was a United States Figure Skating gold medal recipient in 2000. Sarah is a social butterfly and loves spending time with family and friends, enjoying a nice dinner out, frequenting Starbucks, and trying out new recipes as she attempts her hand at becoming a culinary chef.

Lindsey Yeates, Recruiter

A transplant from Eastern Washington, Lindsey Yeates is a seasoned recruiter with WesTech Technical Staffing. She graduated from Eastern Washington University with a degree in Communication and Japanese and is an active member of the Kobe Seattle Sister City Association. As a night owl she has a strong appreciation for coffee and embraces Seattle weather by reading books, gathering with friends for dinner, or heading east of the mountains for a relaxing weekend! She enjoys traveling the globe, cooking and spending time with family and friends. Her free spirit and love for culture and people constantly leaves her wondering where her next adventure will lead her.
