Liz Weber, Manager WesTech, Emerging Technologies

Liz started with NuWest Group in 1992 as the founding employee of the LabTemps division. She started LabTemps from the ground up as a business developer and recruiter, and developed it into the Seattle area's leading scientific staffing firm. She now heads up the technical/IT group within WesTech as an account manager and technical recruiter. Liz graduated from the University of Washington, and lives in Bellevue with her husband and two children.

Taryn Feenstra, Technical Recruiter

Taryn Feenstra started with WesTech as a Technical Recruiter in April 2008. Previously, she worked as a recruiter in the Employee Referrals division of Microsoft and as a District Manager with College Works Painting, where she discovered her passion for recruiting. She graduated with a BA in Human Resources from the University of Washington's Michael G. Foster School of Business.

In her downtime, Taryn enjoys snowboarding, spending time with her family, and playing with her chow chow, Chubacca!

Daana Forrest, Account Executive

Daana is an account executive with the emerging technologies division of WesTech, focused on delivering quality service and results. Daana comes from a background in the financial industry where she was in sales for several investment companies in the Puget Sound area. She was an economics major at the University of Washington and continues to participate in alumni events aimed at fundraising and student mentorship.

Robin Gow, Technical Recruiter

Robin has been recruiting software and systems developers, as well as management level positions since her start at WesTech. Robin works on the delivery side finding talented candidates for great companies. Her main goal is to provide open communication with all of her candidates while placing them in jobs that are the best possible fit for their skill set.

Outside of work, Robin is a member of the Delta Gamma Alumnae Chapter in Seattle. Robin graduated from the University of British Columbia with a B.A. in History and Political Science.

Katie McDonald, Technical Recruiter

Katie is focused on placing talented candidates with opportunities that best fit their needs and career goals. Her focus on customer needs comes from her previous work experience in Retail as a Buyer for Macy's. She is focused on matching technical talent with Seattle based opportunities.

Katie enjoys volunteering for Gamma Phi Beta and spending time with her puppy LeBron. She graduated from the University of Washington with a B.A. in Communications, minor in Marketing and certifications in Retail Management.
